PGA Champions Event – Warwick Hills Country Club Ally Challenge

September 14-16, 2018

PGA golf returns to Michigan and Warwick Hills after a 10 year hiatus since the Buick Open ended its 50 year rein at the club.  An excited Michigan crowd gathered to watch the PGA Champions event with golf legends such as John Daly, Freddy Couples and Vijay Singh.  The course was in great condition and allowed for the champions contestants to show the crowd some great low scoring rounds.  Dr. Nate Marshall and his partner, Dr. Robert Keller, provided the orthopedic care for the event.

Professional golf requires a high level of mental toughness and to keep these PGA champions players continuing to play at a high level, also requires continued maintenance of physical fitness and health.  Dr. Nate Marshall had the experience to work closely with the physical therapy and performance fitness team for the event and treat the different injuries and unique physical ailments that are common in high level golf athletes.

Warwick Hills Country Club, best known for the rowdy Par 3, 17th hole, made famous at the annual Buick Open events, again delivered a rowdy crowd for players to shoot into the green for.  It was great seeing professional golf back in Michigan with what will be an annual event for the PGA Champions tour.
